Welcome to Travel With The Ngs LLC. By booking your travel with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please review them carefully before confirming your trip.

General Information
Travel With The Ngs LLC acts as a travel agent and intermediary between you and independent travel suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions. All travel services are subject to each supplier’s individual terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and service rules.

Bookings and Payments
All prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is received. Deposits and final payments are due according to each supplier’s schedule. It is your responsibility to review all booking details—such as traveler names, dates, destinations, and itineraries—for accuracy before confirming. Once payment is made, you agree to the terms and conditions set by each travel supplier.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Each supplier establishes their own cancellation, change, and refund policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties. Service or planning fees charged by Travel With The Ngs LLC are non-refundable. Requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Refunds, if permitted, will follow the supplier’s policy and processing timeline.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment. Insurance can help cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or travel delays. If you decline travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss or additional expenses that may occur.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for all travelers. You must ensure that everyone in your party has valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. It is also your responsibility to meet any health or vaccination requirements, comply with local laws and customs, and review travel advisories for your destination.

Liability Disclaimer
Travel With The Ngs LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers or third parties. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions. Any liability on the part of Travel With The Ngs LLC is limited to the amount of the service fee paid directly to us.

Service Fees
Planning and booking fees may apply and will always be disclosed prior to payment. All agency fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or changes to travel plans.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used solely to arrange and manage your travel bookings. We do not sell or share your data except as required to complete your reservations or as required by law.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
